NURTURE IS FUTURE

In every city, the images that surround us celebrate power, consumption, and the commodified female body sold back to us as aspiration. None of them show what actually sustains us.
Every human life begins in care. Pregnancy, birth, and early childhood are the foundation of society, and they are almost entirely absent from public space.
Becoming a mother is what made me see this absence. I am building the work that fills it.
In Prenzlauer Berg, I am creating a 600m² public artwork, the first in a series I will bring to cities around the world. It places the imagery of care into the city at architectural scale, as a statement of what we choose to hold visible.
To make something visible in public is to decide it matters. This work places nurture at the center of collective life.
I am opening this first piece to founding partners whose name will live with the work in perpetuity, on the wall, in the press around the unveiling, and across the social content, documentation, and events the artwork will generate for as long as it stands. It is a chance to be aligned, publicly and permanently, with what a generation deserves to grow up seeing as worth celebrating.
If this is a legacy you want your name attached to, I would like to hear from you.
